The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                    
March21, 2000, calendar (page 2636), was read the third time:                  
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 56                                                 
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
prohibiting certain initiatives relating to wildlife.                          
                                                                               
**Representative Austerman had been previously excused from a call             
of the House (page 2033).                                                      
                                                                               
Representative Green placed a call of the House.                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated the call was satisfied.
